Welcome to Imagination on Fire!

Family owned and operated. Chef and owner of Imagination on Fire, Erik Hangman is a Napa Native who has a strong passion for food. He has worked on food trucks and in fine dining around the Napa Valley. His passion for BBQ and Open Fire cooking has led him here to the mobile food trailer. His biggest Chef Mentors are Francis Mallman and Thomas Keller, having worked at Ad Hoc in Yountville previously for Chef Keller. He lives up to the highest standards instilled in him while working there.

All of our sauces are homemade, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Honey Gold BBQ sauce and our Spicy Pink Sauce, choice of one sauce with each meal. 

We cater for all types of events. Erik enjoys the show aspect of cooking and giving guests an experience while serving delicious food. He wants to get people excited about food. Please send us a message to inquire.
